Privacy information
The site reads track metadata through its own server. When playback starts, the browser connects directly to stream.24dubstep.pl, which receives standard connection data, including an IP address.
Animation preferences and your optional analytics choice are stored in the browser. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you opt in. Clarity analyzes page interactions and may create session recordings and heatmaps. The standalone player may show one non-personalized 24Dubstep promotion per launch session; it is dismissible and never pauses playback. These promotions do not use an advertising network or listener profile. The hosting provider may keep request logs.
Likes and dislikes directly update AzuraCast playlist assignments. We do not keep a local vote ledger. The functional radio_voter cookie protects the reaction endpoint. Abuse limits use a short-lived HMAC of the IP address. Local monitoring stores aggregate station measurements, not listener IP addresses or precise locations.
Community chat messages and public nicknames are retained for up to 90 days. Anti-spam limits use a short-lived HMAC of the IP address; the address is not stored with chat messages. Do not post contact details or private information.
TV mode is stored locally as 24d-tv. The PWA caches icons, fonts and the offline screen. The visualizer analyzes radio audio on your device and does not use a microphone or send audio samples. Windows and Android apps connect to the stream and public radio API.
The contact form prepares an email in your mail app. It does not send form data to the website server.
This page describes the application’s technical behavior. Questions about the radio operator’s or hosting provider’s data handling can be sent to the contact address below.
Dubstep Online Radio (Android package pl.twentyfourdubstep.pl) does not require an account and contains no advertising SDK. The app connects over HTTPS to stream.24dubstep.pl for live audio and current-track metadata. The streaming service receives the IP address and basic request data needed to deliver the connection; the radio or its infrastructure provider may process connection data for stream delivery, listener counts, security and technical logs. Retention of those server logs is controlled by the radio and its provider, not by local storage in this app. The optional Google Cast sender feature uses Google Play services to discover and connect to Cast devices. Google documents that the Cast SDK sends encrypted, anonymous technical interaction data (such as discovery, session, device and Cast app information) to Google for aggregate service improvement; this collection cannot be disabled by the radio app. When you cast, the selected receiver gets the live stream URL and track metadata needed for playback. The optional Android audio visualizer locally processes PCM decoded from the app’s own radio stream. It does not use the microphone or system-wide audio capture, and it does not save or send audio samples. If you pair a Philips Hue bridge, its address and access key are stored encrypted on the device; light control uses HTTP only to the private IPv4 bridge you enter on your local network. The key is not sent to the radio website.
